Raiding from our closet is simple and stress-free!

Start by choosing your rental dates and selecting your rental duration—either 4 days or 8 days. Then, add your item to cart and place your booking.

Please note that your order is not yet confirmed until you send proof of payment. A proforma invoice and payment instructions will be sent to your email shortly after placing your booking. 

After placing your booking, you’ll receive a summary of your rental with payment instructions.

Once we receive your payment confirmation, your booking will be confirmed and your item will be prepared, scheduled for delivery, and sent out.

After your rental period, simply return the item, and once we’ve inspected it, we’ll process your security deposit refund.

Yes, we charge a standard security deposit of 50% of the rental price per rental item. This is fully refundable once the item has been returned and evaluated by our team—typically within 3 to 5 working days. The deposit covers potential damages, stains, or loss. If the item is returned in good condition, the full amount will be refunded via your original payment method. In case of any issues, we’ll contact you before processing the refund.

We accept bank transfers to our BDO account. If you prefer to pay via credit card, just let us know via email and we’ll send you a secure PayPal payment link.

Payment instructions will be sent via email upon booking. 

We offer roundtrip delivery and pick-up within Metro Manila for a flat rate of ₱350—no need to book a courier, we’ll handle everything! You can select this additional service before checking out.

If your total rental reaches ₱4,500 or more, delivery and pick-up are FREE. Just pack the item in its original packaging for return—no need to wash it!

Our standard rental durations are 4 days and 8 days.Should you need more time, extensions may be requested in advance for an additional 35% of the rental price per day, with a maximum extension of 3 days from selected rental period. If the rental exceeds this 3-day extension period, a full additional rental fee will be charged.

Yes, absolutely! Try-on appointments are available by booking. 

You may book an appointment through our website by selecting “STUDIO FITTING” on our list of products. Choose your desired date and time, add to cart, and check-out!

Fittings are held at our studio in Ortigas, Pasig City with a ₱350 fitting fee. 

This fee is fully deductible from your rental if you decide to rent an item.

No need to worry— cleaning is on us!

We just ask that you return the item in good condition (no rips and tears, major stains, spills, or strong odors). 

In case of damage or loss, minor damage may incur repair charges. For severe damage or loss, you will be charged the full retail replacement value, minus your deposit.

Accidents can happen, and we understand that. 

Please notify us immediately if you accidentally damage or stain the item. We have a dedicated team to assess and handle such situations. Depending on the damage or stain extent, you may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you. 

We take great care to maintain the quality of our items, so we appreciate your honestly and timely reporting of any issues.
